Jeff is a data-driven financial marketplace that connects people with most suitable financial products via using alternative data. Our goal is to unlock financial services for the underbanked across the emerging markets in Southeast Asia - and eventually globally.

Launched in 2020, Jeff has quickly grown into a 35+ people team across 7 countries. To date, we have attracted $5 Million in funding from business angels and prominent Venture Capital funds, expanding into 4 markets & aiming to enter 2 more in the nearest future.

More than 5 million people have been serviced and more than 50M products have been compared. While doing so, the company has achieved profitability & is approaching the $10 Million Annual revenue mark - and we are just getting started! 🚀

Are you enthusiastic about ensuring the smooth and effective operation of IT infrastructure? Do you thrive in coordinating efforts across various teams and ensuring clear communication? We are in search of a DevOps Engineer to join our agile team and elevate our infrastructure management to the next level. ⚡️

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Architect and manage AWS cloud environments, optimising for performance, cost, and compliance.

✅ Implement and maintain Kubernetes for scalable and reliable application deployment.

✅ Utilise Loki for comprehensive logging and monitoring, enhancing system reliability and troubleshooting.

✅ Develop infrastructure as code with Terraform, streamlining environment setup and maintenance.

✅ Automate and improve CI/CD processes with CircleCI and ArgoCD, aiming for seamless development and deployment cycles.

✅ Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and system optimizations, presenting business cases and potential ROI.

✅ Collaborate closely with the development and data teams to enhance productivity, reduce system downtime, and prioritise backlogged requests.

✅ Foster a culture of continuous improvement, embracing challenges and learning opportunities to enhance team capabilities and system performance.
