✅ Being the leader on all fronts for Jeff in the Indian market
✅ Particularly engaging in financial partner, primarily lending company, sourcing and relationship development; other partnership development and overall business growth
✅ Always keeping hand on the pulse and being in charge of all things compliance and local administration
✅ Adapting the business model and go-to-market strategy so to optimise for the local market needs
✅ Leading product localisation and development efforts
✅ Closely collaborating with the founders, C-Level and just about every function of the global business
✅ Serving as the local director

🎯 Has “can do” attitude and truly believes there is a solution for every problem (and has the ability to find it!)
🎯 Has at least 3 years of experience in a country manager, general manager or senior leadership role
🎯 Ideally has past experience in one/several of the following industries: mobile gaming, fintech, consumer finance, consumer marketplaces, financial brokerage, digital consumer services (mass-market apps)
🎯 Takes ownership of the actions and items entrusted
🎯 Ideally has past experience in one/several of the following functions: B2B sales, Digital Marketing, Team assembling, development and management
🎯 Has data-driven and pragmatic approach to decision-making
🎯 Understands the importance of constant learning and self-education
🎯 Feels great in dynamic, results-oriented environment that advocates open, honest communication
