Jeff is a financial super app that measures creditworthiness using alternative data. Our goal is to unlock financial services for the underbanked across Southeast Asia - and eventually globally.
Launched in Vietnam as its first market in 2020, Jeff App has quickly grown into an almost 40 people team across 7 countries. We've also raised $3m in seed-stage investments and expanded to 3 ASEAN markets (and counting). More than 3M people have been serviced and more than 30M products have been compared - and we've just begun!
But we can't do this alone.
We're looking for a Customer Service and Telesales Team Leader to manage a high-performing team of 5-10 people. The role involves optimising sales processes using predictive and power dialer systems, improving team performance, and meeting sales targets. Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset are essential.
- Build a high-performing telesales team
- Lead customer service specialists and improve team's performance
- Improve telesales scripts to reach sales targets
- Gather feedback and report it to direct manager
- Go the extra mile to meet sales goals
- Improve customer satisfaction by delivering great customer service
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Proven experience in Customer Service and Telesales
- 2+ years of experience working as Customer Service/Telesales Team Lead managing at least 5 people
- Experience with Call center systems
- Experience with Predictive dialer, Robo-dialer
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Experience working in FinTech, eCommerce, Travel or Insurance space
