And the DevOps Engineer has an important role to play in this story!
✅ Support and maintain existing and future infrastructure and all related Amazon services (AWS)
✅ Work closely with Applications teams – develop, configure and continuously improve solutions based on the team’s needs
✅ Build and maintain continuous delivery/deployment pipelines
✅ Perform infrastructure cost analysis and optimisation
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve any service issues related to servers, system availability and software delivery
ℹ️ Some of the AWS services that we are using - CloudFormation, ECS, RedShift, and ELB
🎯 Previous experience with AWS
🎯 Previous experience with IaC, preferably CloudFormation or Terraform, Git
🎯 Attention to detail and rigour in troubleshooting system, network, and application-related issues to the resolution
🎯 Love all things automation, have a passion for technologies and tools, always learning and developing skills and knowledge
🎯 Understanding the basics of SDLC & CI/CD
