Did you know that more than one billion people in South and East Asia lack access to a bank account? For many, this makes it difficult to secure loans and other services, because they don't have traditional financial records like credit scores.
Jeff is a financial super app that measures creditworthiness using alternative data. Our goal is to unlock financial services for the underbanked across Southeast Asia - and eventually globally.
Launched in Vietnam as its first market in 2020, Jeff App has quickly grown into a 30+ people team across 7 countries. We've also raised $3m in investments and expanded to 3 ASEAN markets, adding 2 more in 2023. More than 3M people have been serviced and more than 30M products have been compared - and we've just begun!
As we enter the next phase of our journey, we are looking for a Growth Analyst to own all things growth analytics & be the main go-to person for stakeholders from Acquisition, Retention & Content teams, as well as cooperate with other departments.
You will:
- Analyze internal customer and partner data within the Growth team;
- Build and prepare reporting dashboards and set up automated analytical reports
- Define key success metrics in collaboration with other teams
- Add value to our products through deep analysis and insights
- Work on large-scale datasets
- Translate data into actionable insights
- Act as a go-to data person
You have:
- 2+ years of experience using SQL
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis using data visualization software (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, QlikSense or similar)
- Experience with behavioral, funnel, conversion and activity event data & tracking (using tools such as GA4, Snowplow, Segment, Mixpanel or similar)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Optional: Knowledge of Python or R (will be considered as an advantage)
