Enter Jeff, loan broker for the unbanked. We are on the way to build a new generation Credit Score based on the alternative data & become the Credit Karma of South-East Asia's emerging economies.

🚀 Jeff's journey started in 2020. In less than 18 months, over 500'000 people have compared over 4 Million products in Vietnam via Jeff. 

We are as determined as ever to sustain the rapid growth & bring Jeff to new markets, as well as introduce data and B2B products in the coming year. 

And the HR Manager has an important role to play in this story!

Your tasks will include:

✅ Considerable emphasis on recruitment, with over 20 roles to fill in the second half of 2021 & further expanding the recruitment function down the road.

✅ Developing and constantly improving hiring and onboarding processes.

✅ Constantly improving all things employee retention and well-being. This includes but is not limited to team climate monitoring, 1-on-1's, welcome and benefit packages, attractive office perks maintenance, team events & more.

✅ Leading employer branding efforts.

✅ A lot of close work with senior managers. Both in terms of recruitment needs grooming, process structuring and handling, as well as improving all things people as we progress and evolve.

✅ Closely working with and being a trusted partner all things people to the CEO and founders.

​🎯 Has at least 3 years of experience in a HR Manager, Talent Partner, Chief of Staff or other HR management role

​🎯 Ideally has past experience in mobile gaming, fintech or consumer app sectors / APAC markets

​🎯 Takes ownership of the actions and items entrusted

​🎯 Has a tremendous set of soft and communication skills

​🎯 Understands the importance of constant learning and self-education

​🎯 Feels great in dynamic, results-oriented environment that advocates open, honest communication

🎯 Has a tremendous amount of self-motivation and ability to play solo most of the time, until identifying the right moment for starting local team expansion
