🎯 Has “can do” attitude and truly believes there is a solution for every problem
🎯Good written and verbal English language skills
🎯Has 2+ years of experience working in Customer Service
🎯 Has proven experience in Customer Service and Telesales
🎯 Self-driven and has a get-shit done attitude, while being able to continuously learn and improve own skills
🎯 Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
🎯 Having experience working in FinTech, eCommerce, Travel or Insurance space is beneficial
🎯 Understands the importance of constant learning and self-education
🎯 Feels great in dynamic, results-oriented environment that advocates open, honest communication
🎯 Has strong sense of ownership and ability to take on bottom line results responsibility
